What type of payment method IBSstore is accepting?

Payment Methods

U.S.A: We do accept money order, Casheir check and crdit cards. We do not accept personal check.

Overseaes: Only money orders or cashiers checks in U.S. funds payable thru the U.S. bank clearing systems (drawn on a U.S. bank) can be accepted.

Credit Cards: We only accept:

• Discover
• American Express

Please have your credit card information ready when calling. We will require your credit card number, expiration date and your name as it appears on the credit card. Your signature is required on Mail Orders.

How does IBSstore ship my items?

We recommend UPS Next Day Air Service or UPS Second Day Service if express shipping is requested. We will also use Federal Express or other express freight companies if requested. We try to ship these orders the day they are placed.

We charge the normal U.P.S. Red, U.P.S. Blue, FED EX or specified express carrier fee plus a $7.00 handling fee for any order where special shipping or handling is requested.

On AIR SHIPMENTS (Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day), dimensional weight may increase the shipping costs of lighter packages.

How fast does IBSstore ship my items?

Delivery:
Except during busy holiday and rush periods, all orders are processed and shipped within two working days of receipt. If an item is out of stock, but expected within a few days, we will hold the order until the item arrives. If you do not want your order held for out of stock items, please let us know. Delivery via U.P.S. is usually made within 7 working days.

For orders placed on business days before 3PM, we begin processing orders immediately. All orders placed after 3PM will begin processing the next business day.

Estimating Delivery Time
To calculate the number of days it will take to receive your order, consider the number of days it will take for your order to be processed, sewn and packaged, plus the number of days it will take the delivery service to handle your order.

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time.

In some cases, it is possible to get Next Day Air and 2nd Day orders processed sooner. Please call our order desk at 1-800-527-3585. For orders after 1:00 Noon Pacific Time Zone, processing times starts the next business day.

How much IBSstore charge for shipping?

U.S.A.: Continental United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii) must include a $10.00 shipping and handling fee. This will cover shipping via U.P.S. (GROUND) or U.S. mail (PARCEL POST) whichever is less (our choice). Please include a physical street address. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories must include full shipping with the order (a $10.00 minimum shipping charge applies per order). Please check with your local post office regarding charges.

FOREIGN: Customers outside the United States are responsible for all shipping and handling charges including but not limited to duties, import or export fees etc. Please check with your local agencies regarding rates. We will ship as per your instructions and will assist you in any way we can. If sufficient shipping is not included, your order will be returned.
